Our product offering for fruit fillings in bakery applications includes:
- Thermostable fruit fillings before baking: These preparations can keep the shape and color after baking at temperatures of 170-200°C for up to 20 minutes.
- Non-thermostable fruit filling after baking: We also offer non-thermostable fruit fillings with our without pieces. The size of the pieces varies from 3x3mm up to 13x13mm - also whole berries are possible as interlayer.
- Fruit fillings with inclusions: The addition of inclusions to our fruit fillings for bakery products is also possible.
We offer a range of brown flavors for fillings to be applied in bakery products after baking.

There are several application possiblities of our fillings in bakery products:
Filling before baking:
Thermostable fruit fillings can keep the shape and color after baking by temperatures of 170-200°C up to 20 minutes. These preparations are used for the filling of cakes before the baking process. Applications include tarts, pies and cookies.
Filling after baking:
- Non-thermostable fruit fillings with pieces: Those are suitable for layers in confectionery or bakery products. The size of the pieces can vary from 3x3mm to 13x13mm, also whole berries are possible.
- Non-thermostable fruit fillings without pieces: These preparations are used for fillings of ready-baked products. Fillings with inclusions are also possible. Applications include croissants, Viennoiserie, Swiss roll, pancakes, sponge cakes or pies.
- Brown flavor fillings
- Speciality applications: Besides fillings before and after baking, we can also provide speciality products such as jellified fillings, glazes as well as frozen fruit (coated fruits, frozen fruit discs) or dried fruit solutions for bakery applications.
